The competition will traditionally last 7 days and end at the Błonia in Kraków, where the winners of the various classifications, including the ORLEN general classification, for which the yellow jersey is awarded, will be announced.

„The 81st edition of the Tour de Pologne UCI World Tour promises to be exceptional, as it will be one of our toughest races. We start right away with mountain stages, and we return to Bukovina and its walls. It will be very interesting. Traditionally, we finish in Kraków. I always say that Kraków is as important to the Tour de Pologne as Paris is to the Tour de France. The entire event will conclude here” – described Czesław Lang, General Director of the Tour de Pologne.

Last year, the fight for the iconic yellow jersey lasted until the very end and ultimately ended with the victory of Slovenian Matej Mohorič from the Bahrain Victorious team, who defeated Portuguese João Almeida from the UAE Team Emirates by one second.

The interesting route of the 81st Tour de Pologne guarantees similar emotions. After starting in Wrocław, the riders willhead towards Karpacz, where they will fight for the first stage victory. The next day, they will compete in an individual time trial, which will also end at Orlinek in Karpacz. In the past, a similar time trial was won by the famous Alberto Contador, for whom it was the first professional victory of his career!

The race will then pass through, among other places, Duszniki-Zdrój, Prudnik, Katowice, Bukowina Tatrzańska and BUKOVINA Resort, as well as Wieliczka and Kraków. In this way, the Tour de Pologne will showcase the beauty of the southern regions of our country and its tourist attractions.

Details of the route and the race itself will be presented on Wednesday, July 17 during the official presentation of the 81st Tour de Pologne. The event will be broadcast on TVP Sport from 8:15 PM. The following day at 12:25 PM, a replay will be aired. We strongly encourage you to watch the presentation on TV and plan your August vacation along the route of the 81st Tour de Pologne!
