15.00 – 16.45 – Office of the race : verification of the licences, confirmation of the start list

17.00 – Office of the race: Technical briefing of Sports Managers with participation of the members of International Judge Commission, Hotel NOVOTEL, conference room ‘Aneks Restauracyjny’ – Ground floor.
18.00 – Office of the race: technical briefing of the participants of Publicity Caravan
